I just had a viewing at this property on Saturday morning , N 3 .Alfred Road, Gravesend, Kent, DA11, it was not up to my expectations, plus my wife fell down the over the stairs with my little 3 year old boy ,who also broke his leg , there was no help offered ,the stairs were not safe . I just had a viewing at this property on Saturday morning , N 3 .Alfred Road, Gravesend, Kent, DA11, it was not up to my expectations, plus my wife fell down the over the stairs with my little 3 year old boy ,who also broke his leg , there was no help offered ,the stairs were not safe .

Appalling customer service, no concern about the customer and also the little boy and not even a follow up.
I would not recommend to anyone

In London not only ensured I lost 18,000 pounds in rent but never supplied a list of payments they received. They refused to handover the deposit that the tenant forfeited due to lack of rent. They placed this for me with a "secure" deposit company. 6 months later I am still waiting... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Collected rent and repaid me my deposit of 1800 pounds.

They refused to handover the deposit that the tenant forfeited due to lack of rent. They placed this for me with a "secure" deposit company. 6 months later I am still waiting for my money. They refuse to deal with me. Do not use them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have said from the onset, that i will speak to the seller and see what they have to say. FOllowing which he should have told me yes or no and we would have taken it from there.

I called them up yesterday, and spoke to a nice lady who arranged a viewing.. WE went to view the property last night and really liked it so i called up this morning to make an offer based on a fair price looking at what other properties have been sold at. I spoke to Bradley who was very cocky right from the onset and the first thing he tells me is to put in a cash deposit if I want to make an offer. And I said why do I need to do that, and he said so that we take it off the market. I told him we would pay the deposit when we exchange contracts but first i need to know whether the seller would like to accept the offer. I said I have one more property to view on Saturday and he said well call me when you have viewed the property and he wouldnt listen when I asked him that I would still like to make the offer. I then spoke to my husband who said they sound very dodgy asking for deposit so i called them back a couple of times and finally he called me back and I told him we would still like the offer, and questioned him abt the deposit and he gave this whole story about showing intent and they wouldnt want the offer to fall through and after a long spiel i said to him again that we would still like to make an offer and he goes oh your offer is too low, we already have the asking price.. and I was like why didnt you just say that before.. and hung up the phone on him. What a rotten agent to deal with and very dodgy too!!! ?? I am currently dealing with tens of agents in search of a property and no one has behaved like that.

Deciding to sell my property with In London Properties in Mill Hill was the best decision I made. It was not the easiest of sales as divorce lawyers were involved but Richard and Bradley took all the stress away. I trusted them with keys to the property to have viewings while I was at work and they negotiated the sale professionally and diligently, but most of all swiftly. As a result of their outstanding personal service I have since used Sam at In London Properties in South Hampstead to buy and let an apartment. When it comes to investments the team here really know what they are doing. I would recommend them to any member of my family.

I rang to book an appointment to view some properties I had seen on the website but was unable to get through. I then sent an email making them aware of my interest. Following this I received an email from them telling me there phones were currently not working which I found rather strange and that I would receive correspondence by email. The email was also sent by a different name to that of the email address and contained no signature. Later, I received a phone call from a sales agent who failed to introduce themselves or the company until I questioned who he was. The agent was extremely rude and didn't seem to care as to what properties I was actually interested and started to list properties he thought I should view. From his tone of my voice, I immediately felt that he didn't want to speak to me. I would certainly not recommend the agency and will not be planning any viewings through them.
